How do I find
out the URL(s) of my banners?
-
- Make sure you get the
correct URL (web address) of your banners or they will not be
loaded. Follow these instructions to find out the URL of your
banners.
-
-
- For banners already
displayed on your web site:
- Internet Explorer Users
- Click your mouse on
the image on your web page, right click your mouse button and
Select 'Properties'. The URL that appears after 'Address (URL)'
in the window is the URL of your banner.
-
- Netscape/PC Users
- Click your mouse on
the image on your web page, right click your mouse button and
select 'View Image'. The URL that appears in the 'address box'
on your browser is the URL of your banner.
-
- Netscape/Mac Users
Position the pointer on the top of the banner and hold down the
mouse button. Next move down the menu to 'Copy This Image Location'
and release the mouse button. Go to the 'address box' and highlight
the entire box. Press Apple/Symbol - V to paste the URL into
the 'address box'.
-
-
- For banners not currently
displayed on any web page:
- Once you have uploaded
your banner to your web space, type the address of the banner
into your web browser to check it is where you think it is before
submitting the URL.
- E.g.
- Once you are sure you
know its URL, then copy the address and paste it into our submission
box.
